Every once in a while, the cheese has a thought. It is an old cheese, well aged and perhaps well read. It has no way to speak, but since no one else in this strip has use for a thought balloon — thinking not being a high priority for these characters — we've decided to give it to the cheese. And so it now has a thought to share.
So much for reform within a dictatorship. Sometimes I think this cat would make a good Wall Street banker.
